The fat pan fits into the outer burner pan and is easy to remove and clean (dis-
hwasher-safe). So you can use pots, the CADAC paella pan or the pizza stone.

The 2.3 kW heating coil ensures a fast warm-up time. A removable glass ring
protects the spiral from dripping fat. Thanks to the unique "Spot-on Grilling
Technology", the temperature is measured directly on the grill (instead of
under the lid). This allows it to be set precisely and kept constant at the desi-
red temperature. The set temperature can be read on the digital display and
is adjustable from 70 to 270 degrees, so slow cooking is also possible.
